Tasting notes
A blend of viognier (60%) and Hanepoot (40%) – late harvested and pressed gently by foot. The juice underwent natural fermentation before ageing in seasoned oak barrels for 2 months. The wine carries ripe tropical flavours, well-balanced sweetness and subtle floral aromatics.
